Banana Or Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream or half and half
dash of salt
4 Tbsp. vanilla
4 c. milk
2 c. mashed ripe bananas or 2 c. or more fresh, mashed strawberries

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Mix together with other ingredients.
Freeze according to freezer directions.
Makes 1 gallon.
