Vegetable Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables as directed on package.
    Drain and cool.
