Easy-Make Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder and milk.
    Mix fruit, vanilla and sugar.
    Options:
    1/2 cup peaches, 1/2 cup blackberries or 3/4 cup cherries.
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0; put butter in pan; place pan in oven.
    Heat until bubbly, almost brown.
    Quickly pour in batter, then fruit.
    Cook for 30 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0, cook 30 more minutes.
