Johnny'S Salsa Cruda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
    1 sm. onion, chopped fine
    2 to 3 garlic cloves, put through press
    1 chili pepper, seeded and minced
    1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    Several twists black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Best is used fresh but will keep up to 24 hours.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
    Can also be put into canning jars and sealed.
