Barbecue Deer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deer roast
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 onion, diced
    salt, pepper and season all salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook roast in crock-pot until tender.
    Remove from pot and tear apart.
    Remove broth from pot.
    Replace meat.
    Add sauce, carrot and onion.
    Season to taste.
    If too thick, add some broth.
    Simmer 2 hours on low.
    Serve on a bun.
    Can add all the broth and leave juice to serve over noodle.
