Chili Parlor Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round beef
    1 qt. water
    4 small onions
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. crushed red peppers
    2 tsp. cumin seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 medium bay leaves
    1 qt. tomatoes or tomato juice
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Bring 1 quart of water to a boil.
    Add ground beef; crumble and cook until meat is no longer pink.
    Add the rest of the ingredients; spices first.
    Let simmer for 6 to 8 hours.
