Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. slightly cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix beef, rice, onion and spices.
Form into small balls.
Fry in hot oil, turning frequently until lightly browned but not crusty.
Add sauce and water.
Mix well.
Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
