Cream Of Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 rounded Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. (less 2 Tbsp.) Cream of Wheat

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Preheat greased skillet. Pour mixture into hot skillet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes good dressing for chicken and turkey.
