Delicious Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. mashed potatoes, freshly cooked and sieved
    2 egg whites, beaten
    5 to 6 c. flour (to make stiff dough)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Mix shortening, salt, sugar and potatoes.
    When cool, add dissolved yeast and egg whites.
    Mix and add flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead thoroughly and let rise in refrigerator overnight.
    Knead again.
    Make into rolls.
    Let double in bulk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
