*Garu 1(Wheat For Church) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. white wheat
    8 lb. walnuts (6 1/2 lb. chopped coarse and 1 1/2 lb. chopped fine for top)
    2 lb. plain bread crumbs
    1 lb. granulated sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Pick over wheat to remove stones or imperfect wheat.
    Rinse wheat and place in a large pot and cover with water.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until soft; until water is milky and looks thickened.
    Drain in colander. Rinse in warm water and then in cold water. Press with paper towels to remove water.
