Caramel Raisin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. brown sugar, packed tight
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Stir until dissolved, then pour over batter in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
