Basic Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. oat bran cereal
    1 lb. turkey cutlets, pound on board with hand to flatten
    4 oz. egg substitute
Preparation
    Mix the flour and oat bran cereal in a large bowl.
    Dip the turkey cutlets, one at a time into the egg substitute, then into the flour mixture until well coated.
    In a nonstick pan sprayed with Pam, fry the cutlets until golden brown.
    Serve alone or with any variety of sauces.
