Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 chopped bell pepper
1 small chopped onion (optional)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Add pineapple to cream cheese; mix well.
Add pepper, onion and 1 cup nuts; gradually add salt until well mixed.
Roll with remaining nuts.
