Carrots, Cauliflower, Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)
1 can French fried onions
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Bake in covered dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with remaining onion rings and cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
