Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. onion
1 small container sour cream
2 c. corn flakes, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw potatoes; mix all ingredients except corn flakes and some of the cheese.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle with corn flake crumbs and cheese.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 uncovered.
