Miki'S Onion Ring Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, sliced
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. celery seed or celery salt
Preparation
    Place onions in a bowl and pour mixture of vinegar and sugar over the top.
    Add water to cover.
    Put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes; drain.
    When ready to serve, fold in mayonnaise, mixed with celery seed.
    This is real good with fried fish!
