Plum Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Italian prunes, pitted and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
dash of salt
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Combine prunes, sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, cinnamon and orange peel.
Mix well.
Put mixture in an 8-inch round pan.
Combine 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over the prunes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown on top.
