Confetti Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. white vinegar plus 2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (20 oz.) can French-style green beans
    1 (20 oz.) can small green peas
    1 (20 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
    1/2 c. chopped pimiento
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Bring salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and water to a boil.
    Cool; stir in oil.
    Mix beans, peas, corn, pimiento, green pepper, celery and onion.
    Pour dressing over vegetables.
    Toss to coat; chill in refrigerator.
    Makes fifteen 1/2 cup servings.
