Heavenly Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

unbaked pie crust
3/4 stick margarine
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Melt margarine and then mix with eggs, flour, sugar, pineapple and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until filling is set and brown. Makes 1 pie.
