Celebration Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, undrained
    1 pt. raspberry sherbet
    2 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
Preparation
    Prepare gelatin in boiling water.
    Allow to cool before adding pineapple and sherbet.
    Fold in ice cream.
    Place in an 8 x 8-inch glass cake dish.
    Allow to set before serving.
