Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, washed and drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix kraut with chopped vegetables.
    Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil and pour over kraut mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight before serving.
