Mississippi Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 c. sour cream (lite)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1 can corn, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; pour into 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
