Ham Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small Cure 81 ham
    1 can whole cranberries
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 c. water
Preparation
    Combine cranberries, brown sugar and orange juice in saucepan and heat slowly.
    Add starch and water to thicken.
    Thirty minutes before ham is finished baking according to directions on package, score ham top and pour sauce over ham.
