2 Tbsp. margarine
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, sliced
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper

In skillet, in 1 tablespoon margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
