Texas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head shredded iceberg lettuce
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 finely diced tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    8 oz. bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
    Fritos
    1 dozen eggs, beat for 10 minutes
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 spoon batter
    1/2 jig rum
    1 jig brandy
    hot water
Preparation
    Toss together the lettuce, beans, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onion and Catalina dressing.
    Just before serving, crush Fritos and toss again.
    Use about 1/2 bag Fritos.
