Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium peppers, green or Hungarian
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. rice
    1 chopped medium onion
    1 c. catsup (divided)
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Parboil peppers for 5 minutes, and cool.
    Mix raw rice and uncooked ground chuck with chopped onion and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup catsup, stuff into pepper shells and put into baking dish.
    Cover with mixture of the tomato soup, water and the remaining catsup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
