Meat Loaf Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley, divided
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green onions (green portion included)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 oz. Prosciutto or other smoked ham, chopped coarsely
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. parsley, bread crumbs, broth, garlic, salt, tarragon, mustard and pepper.
    Beat well.
    Mix in ground beef.
    Set aside.
