Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (110~)
    1/3 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. warm milk (110~)
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
    Add milk, butter, salt, remaining sugar, eggs and 3 cups of flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
    Turn out onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6 to 8 minutes, adding additional flour as needed.
    Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top.
    Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch down; shape into rolls of desired size.
    Place in greased pans and let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
