Beefy Enchilada Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 corn tortillas
    sour cream (optional)
    1 (17.25 oz.) jar enchilada sauce
    1 c. or more shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in skillet until brown and drain fat. Cut tortillas into 1-inch squares. Add sauce, tortillas and 1/2 of cheese to meat. Let come to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese and sour cream.
