Spinach Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium tomatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. cleaned spinach, chopped
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Cut off top fourth of each tomato.
Reserve for other uses. With a small spoon, scoop out pulp to make hollow shells.
Chop pulp; let drain in a colander.
