Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
pickling spice
1 qt. pickled beets
Preparation

In saucepan, heat beets and juice on low heat.
Add sugar, vinegar and pickling spice to taste.
Stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
Pour over eggs.
Cover and store in refrigerator for several days until eggs are pickled as desired.
