Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread (Arnold)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut bread slices into 4 squares.
    Fit 1/3 of bread tightly in bottom of greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, 1/3 of onion and 1/3 of cheese.
    Press down, repeat instructions twice.
    Beat eggs, add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour over casserole contents, cover and chill overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 2 hours before serving and drizzle with melted butter.
    One hour before serving, bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until firm in center.
    (If you double this recipe, use only 5 cups milk.) Serves 8.
