Dilled Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 carrots, sliced
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots
1 tsp. sugar
black pepper and salt to taste (optional)
1/4 c. water
1 c. yogurt
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
Preparation
-
Cook first 6 ingredients until carrots are tender (about 15 minutes).
Drain.
Add yogurt and dill; heat briefly.
