Creamy Baked Mashed Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope vegetable soup mix
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar (4 oz.)
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper
Preparation
    In lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, thoroughly combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Microwave on High 7 minutes, turning casserole twice. Top with remaining cheese. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
