Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix melted margarine, eggs and sugar.
    Add other ingredients. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
