Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 graham crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. diet margarine
1 c. part-skim Ricotta
1 small box instant, sugar-free vanilla pudding
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients; pat into 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Cool.
Mix pudding and spread evenly over cooled crust.
Arrange bananas, pineapple and Cool Whip in order given on top of pudding mixture; spread evenly.
Refrigerate.
Serves 8; each serving equals 1 bread, 1/2 protein, 1/2 fat, 1/8 milk, 3/4 fruit and 40 optional.
