Viva La Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large whole chicken, cooked and diced
1 doz. corn tortillas, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 cans cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 bunch green onions, sliced
7 oz. green taco sauce
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Place in baking dish; let stand 12 hours or overnight.
Bake in slow oven (300\u00b0) for 1 1/2 hours.
