Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cook rice and drain well.
    Then pour hot water over it and drain again.
    Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and light colored. Mix all ingredients, except rice and raisins.
    Pour in casserole dish and stir in rice and raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. This is creamier if not overcooked.
