Busy Day Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1 c. pickle relish
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Mix together the beef, eggs, tomato paste, rolled oats, relish, onion soup and onion.
    Shape into 2-inch balls.
    Place in 12 ungreased muffin cups.
    Bake in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 individual meat loaves.
