Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (I sometimes use one 8 oz. jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz for a little spice)
Preparation
    Melt oleo in casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients and add to the casserole dish. Stir thoroughly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Top with grated cheese while still hot.
