Cranberry Crunch Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry or raspberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. ice water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped apple (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Stir in ice water and lemon juice.
Chill until thick and syrupy.
Fold in cranberry sauce, celery and walnuts.
Pour all this into a lightly oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.
