Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 green onions, diced
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick butter (melted)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pressure potatoes and grate (potatoes need to be firm and not mushy or they will be hard to grate).
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
