Chicken Casserole #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 or 2 stacks Ritz crackers
2 sticks oleo, melted
poppy seed
Preparation

Layer chicken in bottom of pan.
Mix soup with about a half can of chicken broth from boiled chicken and pour over chicken. Crush crackers and sprinkle over chicken.
Melt oleo and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake until topping is golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
