Triple Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
1/3 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries (fresh or frozen), rinsed and drained
1/2 c. dried cranberries (about 2 oz.) can use craisins
3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. minced orange juice
2 tsp. minced orange peel
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
Preparation

Combine juice concentrate and sugar in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add fresh and dried berries and cook until dried berries begin to soften and fresh berries begin to pop, stirring often, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marmalade, juice and peel and allspice. Cool completely. Cover; chill until cold. Can be made 3 days ahead. Refrigerate.
