Pork Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork, cubed
    1 small onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can tomatoes, cut up
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. salsa (medium)
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 corn tortillas, cut in pie shaped wedges
Preparation
    Brown pork and onion in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and garnishes.
    Simmer, covered, 45 to 60 minutes or until pork is tender.
    Cut tortillas into wedges and carefully stir into soup.
    Serve with garnishes of grated cheese, yogurt or sour cream, if desired.
    Serves 4.
