Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 taco shells
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Combine ground beef and green pepper in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole; cover.
    Microwave at cook stage for 6 minutes, stirring once.
    Stir in tomato paste and seasonings; cover.
    Microwave for 6 to 9 minutes or until mixture bubbles, stirring once.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Divide mixture between taco shells.
    Over meat, top with cheese, then tomato, onion and lettuce.
