French Poufs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine shortening, 1/2 cup sugar and egg in bowl, mixing well.
    Sift next 4 ingredients together.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Dip immediately in melted butter and then in mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
