Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large apples
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tsp. vanilla
1/8 c. rum
Preparation

Peel apples and cut into chunks.
Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl with electric mixer.
In greased cake pan, layer the batter, apples, batter, apples, etc.
Always start and end with batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
Top with sifted powdered sugar when cool.
