Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white rice, uncooked
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook rice in water to cover until tender; drain.
Cook broccoli until tender; drain.
Mix rice and broccoli.
Add jar of Cheez Whiz.
Saute onion and celery in butter.
Add to rice mixture.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add mushroom soup.
Pour into buttered large casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
