Mock Lemon Meringue Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines II lemon supreme cake mix
    2 c. prepared lemon pudding and pie filling
    1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
Preparation
    Bake cake as directed on package.
    Bake in a 10-inch tube pan. Cool and cut into three layers. Stir pudding and pie filling until smooth.
    Spread 1/3 of filling between each layer and on top of cake.
    Frost the layers and sides with Cool Whip.
    Keep refrigerated.
